früt is a pre-launch, fruit-based sparkling energy drink brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit frut.energy or sign up through one of our forms.

1. Who we are

We're früt — a small, early-stage team building a better-tasting energy drink made from real fruit. We haven't launched yet, and this policy covers our website at frut.energy and the sign-up forms on it. If you have any questions about your privacy, you can always reach us at contact@frut.energy.

2. Information we collect

We try to collect only what we need.

• What you give us through our forms. When you join the waitlist, you share your name, email address, and city. If you reach out as a supplier or partner, you may also share your business name and business type.
• Limited technical and log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps keep the site running and secure.
• Google Fonts. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts. To serve those fonts, your IP address is shared with Google. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy.

To be clear: früt does not currently run any third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Send you tasting updates and invite you to vote on flavors;
• Send suppliers and partners sample information and our local launch packet;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the website; and
• Respond to your questions and requests.

4. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in two situations: with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), and where we're required to by law. Service providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purposes above — typically until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you do, we remove it within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

6. Your choices & rights

You're in control of your information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at contact@frut.energy, and we'll be glad to help.

7. Children

Our website and product are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

We're based in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States. If you're visiting from elsewhere, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and handled in a country with different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as früt grows. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the latest version. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
